- 1 banana
- 150g natural soya yoghurt
- 100ml of dairy-free milk (Almond, Soy, or Rice)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp cinnamon
- Blend everything together in a blender until smooth.
If the shake is too thick add a little more milk or coffee. See tips.
- Peel and freeze the banana before blending for a cooler shake.
- Add a small amount of cold coffee for a little caffeine hit.
