Peanut Chia Natural Protein Shake

  • 1 banana
  • 150g natural soya yoghurt
  • 100ml of dairy-free milk (Almond, Soy, or Rice)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon


  • Blend everything together in a blender until smooth.
  • If the shake is too thick add a little more milk or coffee. See tips.


  • Peel and freeze the banana before blending for a cooler shake.
  • Add a small amount of cold coffee for a little caffeine hit.
